Welcome to 89PHP.IO. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the 89PHP.IO website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

89PHP.IO is operated by a company duly licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our operations are conducted in accordance with Philippine law, and all players must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at 89PHP.IO. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Legal Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. 89PHP.IO operates only in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted by law.

1.3 One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

1.4 Verification: 89PHP.IO reserves the right to request identification documents to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restriction.

2. Account Rules

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension.
Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
Account Security: Immediately notify 89PHP.IO of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be classified as inactive and subject to dormancy fees as per regulatory requirements.
Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance will be paid out subject to verification.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Offer Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible players as specified in each offer's terms. Offers may be limited to new players, specific games, or deposit amounts.

3.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. The standard wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.

3.3 Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and wagered within the specified time frame (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonuses will be forfeited.

3.4 Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and fishing games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Check the specific promotion terms.

3.5 Maximum Bet: When wagering a bonus, the maximum bet per spin is limited to ₱500 or the equivalent, unless otherwise stated.

3.6 Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses (e.g., creating multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting system errors) will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account suspension.

4. Deposits

Accepted Methods: 89PHP.IO accepts deposits via GCash, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. All deposits are subject to verification.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱89 (Philippine Pesos) or the equivalent in other currencies.
Processing Time: Deposits via GCash are processed instantly. Other methods may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.
Refund Policy: Deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of 89PHP.IO.
Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱89 or the equivalent.

5.2 Processing Time: 89PHP.IO processes withdrawals within 5 minutes during normal operations. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours for verification.

5.3 Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed back to the original payment method used for deposit (e.g., GCash). If this is not possible, an alternative method may be offered.

5.4 Verification: For security reasons, withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC). We may request documents such as a valid ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

5.5 Wagering Completion: Any outstanding wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

5.6 Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and VIP status. Contact support for details.

6. User Responsibilities

As a player at 89PHP.IO, you are responsible for:

Ensuring that your gambling activities are legal in your jurisdiction.
Playing responsibly and within your financial means.
Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Reviewing the rules and paytables of each game before playing.
Complying with all applicable terms, conditions, and policies.
Reporting any errors or issues to customer support immediately.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89PHP.IO Platform:

Fraud and Collusion: Any attempt to defraud the Platform, including collusion with other players, using automated software (bots), or exploiting system errors.
Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account per person.
Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
Abusive Behavior: Harassment, threats, or abusive language toward staff or other players.
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or disrupt services.
Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

89PHP.IO reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
Failure to complete identity verification (KYC).
Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
Providing false or misleading information.
Breach of responsible gaming policies.

In the event of suspension, any remaining funds may be held pending investigation. If the suspension is due to a violation, funds may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership: All content on the 89PHP.IO Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and games, is the property of 89PHP.IO or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Use Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from 89PHP.IO.

9.3 Trademarks: The 89PHP.IO name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of 89PHP.IO. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer

10.1 No Guarantee: 89PHP.IO provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform.

10.2 Game Outcomes: All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are fair and random. However, we cannot guarantee that you will win or that you will not lose.

10.3 Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 89PHP.IO and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Any errors, interruptions, or malfunctions of the Platform.
Any unauthorized access or use of your account due to your failure to maintain security.

11.1 Total Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the total amount you have deposited and withdrawn in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Amendments

89PHP.IO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
